I recently stayed in a king suite that was surprisingly spacious and comfy, exceeding my expectations from my last trip to upland. The air conditioning worked like a charm during the hot weather The staff was also very helpful, especially mr suresh at reception who went above and beyond.

I had a wonderful stay in a King Suite with a comfortable layout that felt more like a small apartment. The included breakfast had a great variety, including made-to-order options that were delicious. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool, which was a relaxing spot with nice views. One downside was that the walls were a bit thin, which led to some noise disturbance during the night.

I had a delightful stay here, with the red hill park just a little over 2 km away for lovely strolls and some great restaurants like taco king just a short walk of 1 km to satisfy my cravings. on a positive note, the comfortable bed made my stay pleasant, but the breakfast could have more options.

surestay plus hotel by best western had a great central location, making it easy to get around. the staff was super friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast. the room was large and clean, complete with a nice in-room safe and a fridge. the outdoor pool area was relaxing, and having an onsite gym was a big plus for me.

We had a memorable stay while visiting Mount Baldy for skiing. The kids loved the pool area, which was a great spot for them to unwind after a long day of fun in the snow. Room cleanliness was also a significant plus for us!

My children wanted better soundproofing between rooms.
